Services. SD Detailing provides Ceramic Coating, Headlight Restoration, Paint Correction, Interior Car Detailing, Exterior Car Detailing and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. SD Detailing (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. SD Detailing makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SD Detailing's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid SD Detailing in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify SD Detailing against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
